How the Mail Club Works

1. Subscription & Billing
This is a monthly subscription plan. You will be billed automatically on the same day of the month that you first signed up. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

2. Shipping Schedule
All mail club packages are prepared and shipped after the 30th of each month. Delivery times vary by country and postal service. Most members can expect to receive their mail in 10-15 days or earlier, depending on the distance.

Shipping costs are included in the subscription price.

4. Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and up to date. If you need to update your address, please contact me before the 20th of the month. I cannot guarantee changes made after packages have been prepared for shipping.

5. International Shipping
The mail club ships worldwide. Please note that international delivery times can vary significantly depending on your country's postal service, customs processing, holidays, and local regulations.

6. Customs & Import Fees
Any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Lost or Damaged Mail
If your package arrives damaged or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact me at mehta.anjali92@gmail.com or via Instagram DM @anjalimehta92 and I'll do my best to help resolve the issue.

8. Delivery Delays
Once packages have been shipped, delivery times are outside my control. Delays caused by postal services, customs inspections, weather events, holidays, or other shipping disruptions are not eligible for refunds.
